Heating and Cooling Systems
Heating Systems
During the Scandinavian winter, concrete will be produced at very low temperatures and with subcooled aggregates. A heating system is a necessity in cold climatic areas to ensure that the concrete will harden and achieve the desired strength within the desired time period. Likewise, customers delivering transport-concrete require a desired temperature when delivering e.g. shotcrete in tunnels or other castings where there are requirements for the hardening process.
CPT offers a wide range of water and aggregate heating systems as separate or combined solutions. CPT's new BIO concept has full focus on energy optimization, biofuels and operating economy as well as reduction of CO2 emissions.
CPT's unique solutions for hot water systems allow for shock discharge without temperature drop in the hot water tank and also heating of recycled water for the mixing process.
The systems are delivered built-in in an insulated container or mounted on a steel frame for installation in an existing building.
