CPT A/S in Faaborg
CPT A/S was founded in 2002 by Hans Kristoffersen and Jan-Åke Victor, who had back then a joint approx. 40 years' experience within the concrete industry.
In 2014, a new domicile was built on Energivej 7 in Faaborg. The domicile was built as a "plus energy house" with geothermal heat and solar cells. With this initiative, it was CPT's intention to show our customers how good-looking and innovative concrete premises can be designed and built.
The exciting architectural expression of the building is created by the façade, characterized by two large “cobweb constructions”, which form a reinforcing part of the construction. With reference to CPT's market area, a Scandinavian map, drawn by with LED lights, is embedded in one of the self-cleaning, white facades.
Inside you meet a free-floating staircase, leading to the 1st floor, cast in high-strength concrete. Further the 2-storey high wall in the hall is characterized by a large graphic work of art, cast directly into a concrete element - an 8t work of art, created by the Faaborg artist Karsten Auerbach.
