With today's requirements for the insulation capacity, the element thickness is typically 400 - 500 mm, which places great demands on shutterings and retention of these on the mould plate.
The surface and quality of the element is reflected by the plate of mould. Therefore, it is crucial that the mould plate is not damaged by welding or drilling when shutterings and recesses are to be maintained in place. Therefore, today only magnetic technology is used for this purpose.
