VGA Versa is a fully flexible machine designed for direct just-in-time production in element factories that produce concrete slabs and double walls.
The machine can automatically switch from one grid height to another and with its combined roller and rotor straightening system, and the fully automatic spot welding machine, the diagonal wire bending unit and the fully automatic spot welding machine ensure the highest quality standards and flexibility for the finished product.
GTA Shelving and Shortening System for Standard Lattice Girders
The GTA system includes a shelving system for standard lattice girders, a semi-automatic shortening system with measuring, and lattice scissors. In addition, a chain conveyor for positioning the shortened girders ready for the element production.
