Spreader Beams
CPT has developed and produced a spreader beam for concrete slabs and facade elements for the purpose of optimal safety and logistics.
CPT A/S's spreader beam provides an easy manual anchoring with the spring-suspended claws and is physically/ergonomically excellent to work with.
When elements are placed on the stack, the claws open automatically via the crane remote control. This way no one has to climb the heights on a ladder to trigger the claws. This ensures efficient logistics and increases safety considerably and thus followis the Danish Business Authority's requirement to minimize work from ladders in order to increase safety.
The concept of the spreader beam has been developed in close collaboration with Contiga in Tinglev, DK.
With this product we contribute to the safety of working with heavy elements.
The workflow leads to improved logistics and reduces the handling time as well as the logistic costs.
